The creation of a 360-degree assessment tool was commissioned by the senior partners at Psyton Associates to support and direct leadership development training and coaching work.
The extensive research took place over a 2 year period involving coaching and development work with managers, support staff and a broad range of senior executives. Over thirty five thousand assessments have now been completed and personalised face to face feedback sessions provided to several hundred managers.
The result is a comprehensive and tailored appraisal tool designed to measure essential characteristics of transformational leaders. This tool now supports all coaching and development work undertaken by our growing consultancy.
